After a website is completed, ongoing maintenance still needs to occur frequently. A yearly maintenance fee of your site will cover the following:

1. Regular monitoring of the site to ensure speed and functionality has not been compromised.
2. Regular security and version updates of the content management system.
3. Link checking (to ensure that links on the site are working correctly).
4. Yearly website report (includes information such as user profiles, search keywords/keyphrases, top pages viewed, peak usage times, user’s operating systems/browsers; information not available for all hosts; reports submitted each August).
5. Monthly backups of the site and database files stored independently from the server (three months of backups are stored at a time).
6. Basic technical support (problems or questions that can be solved or answered in 30 minutes or less).
